Due to the high volume of correspondence we receive, we are unable to individually respond to every audience inquiry. However, we make every effort to read them all and value your comments and suggestions.
2) On what channel can I find NPBN?
Today you can find us through our online Lifestyle, Community, Sports, and News channels at www.npbn.com. Also, please check back in the fall to find out where NPBN Programming will be broadcasting in your local area.
3) How do I advertise on NPBN?
NPBN offers highly rewarding opportunities to reach the millions of African American and Latino consumers in our target markets. NPBN, the People's Network, is the first of its kind to target specific demographic groups largely underserved by current television media. 4) What's the process for pitching a show idea to NPBN?
At this time, NPBN does NOT accept unsolicited television show pitches or ideas. To protect the legal rights of both you and NPBN, we return any and all pitch materials UNREAD. In the event that we do read a solicited proposal (one that NPBN specifically requests,) we must have a signed legal agreement in place before any discussions can begin. For this reason, we ask you not to send any proposals or ideas by mail, email or phone.
5) Does NPBN have internships for college students?
Yes, NPBN does have internships for college students as the need arises. Check our jobs section from time to time to find out what opportunities exist. Through our Digital Media Academy, we partner with universities to help us drive our innovation cycle. If you are on a DMA campus, contact your student representative and they will inform you of opportunities to interact with NPBN that include internships, content submission, independent study, and more.
6) When is the video I uploaded going to be posted so my contacts can see it?
All video submissions must be approved by our administrators to prevent the uploading of inappropriate content. We make every effort to approve submissions as soon as possible, but the volume of requests can sometimes cause delays. Please be patient and try back again shortly to see if your content has been approved.
7) Why did my video get rejected?
To prevent the uploading of inappropriate content, our administrators must screen all videos. If your video was rejected, it was determined to have been contrary to the Terms of Use for user-submitted video content. Please see the Terms of Use for more information.
8) Is the NPBN online Community free to join?
Yes
9) What if I forget my username or password?
On the sign-in page, there is a link which will send you an email with your username and password if clicked. The email will be sent to the email address you registered with.
